Bali Entry & Arrival Guide

BALI ENTRY & ARRIVAL GUIDE

Your Seamless Journey to SenS Hotel & Spa Ubud

1. Visa & Immigration Information

Visa on Arrival (VoA) is available for guests from many countries including Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Greece, and more.
Guests may obtain VoA upon arrival or complete the e-VoA prior to travel for a faster process.

Mandatory Digital Entry Form
Indonesia now requires all international visitors to complete the All-in-One Digital Arrival Form covering Immigration, Customs, and Health.
We strongly encourage guests to complete this form before travel, as mobile data reception at the airport may be unstable.

What to Prepare
− Passport valid for at least 6 months
− Completed digital arrival form
− Proof of onward or return travel
− e-VoA or VoA fee
− Customs declaration (digital)

2. Bali Tourist Levy (Tourist Tax)

All foreign visitors arriving in Bali are required to pay the Bali Tourist Levy of IDR 150,000.
This can be conveniently paid through the official Love Bali website or application.

Guests will receive a QR code which must be presented upon arrival.
We recommend completing the payment in advance to avoid queues at the airport.

3. Arrival Process at Ngurah Rai International Airport

The airport arrival sequence typically includes:

  1. Immigration

  2. Baggage claim

  3. Customs control

  4. Exit to the arrivals hall

Depending on passenger volume, the process may require additional time. Completing all digital forms before departure significantly accelerates the experience.

4. Transportation to SenS Hotel & Spa + Conference Ubud Town Centre

Travel time from Ngurah Rai Airport to Ubud varies based on traffic.
For planning purposes, we recommend allocating approximately 2 to 2.5 hours for the journey.

Transportation Options
− Hotel-arranged private car
− Airport taxi
− Ride-hailing services (available at designated pick-up points)

Helpful Tips
− Ensure your driver holds a sign with your name
− Have local currency ready if required
− Inform the hotel of any delays or changes to your arrival time

5. Departure Guide

For outbound flights, we encourage guests to allocate:
2.5 hours travel time from the hotel to the airport (depending on traffic)
2 hours for airline check-in and immigration

Guests departing on evening flights should consider potential congestion between Ubud and Denpasar.

6. All-in-One Digital Arrival QR & Web Access

Indonesia’s Immigration Authority uses a single unified digital arrival system known as All Indonesia, which integrates Immigration, Customs, and Health declarations into one process.

Guests may access this system in two ways:

  • By scanning the All Indonesia QR code displayed at the airport

  • By accessing the official website directly in advance

Official QR Code

Pemerintah Rilis All Indonesia, Integrated Passenger Declaration System – Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Bengkalis

Official Website
https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id

Key Notes for Guests:

  • The QR code displayed at the airport leads to the same official website

  • Completing the form online in advance eliminates the need to scan the QR on arrival

  • Submission is required within 3 days prior to arrival

  • Once completed, a QR code will be generated and must be shown to airport authorities

  • A digital copy or screenshot of the QR code is fully acceptable

We strongly recommend completing this process before departure, as airport connectivity may be limited during peak arrival periods. This proactive step significantly streamlines the arrival experience and reduces waiting time at immigration and customs checkpoints.
