Airline Reservation & Recommendation
Our Front Desk Agents will assist you to arrange for Airline reservation and reconfirmation.

Airport Transfer

Ngurah Rai International Airport is located 37 kilometers or 1 hour’s drive from the hotel. Transfers can be arranged by our Bell Captain.

ATMs

ATM machines are conveniently located within a walking distance on the northern side of our hotel. Turn left when you exit our main lobby and you will be heading in the direction of the ATMs as shown on your hotel map.

Baby Sitter & Baby Cot

These services are provided upon request. Please contact the Front Desk to arrange for these services.

Baggage Service

Please contact the Bell Captain for storage, pick up or luggage delivery.

Business Center

Instead of a business centre, we have made available tablets at the Front Desk for your use. These tablets are configured for printing at the Front Desk printers with a small fee. You may borrow the tablet by placing your identity card or room key as security.

For car charters and tour arrangements, please contact the Bell Desk.

Check-In & Check-Out time

Our check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 12 noon. Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Front Desk at extension 1. Please allow at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure to depart from the hotel.

Disturbance

We are all here for a holiday and a good time. However, please be considerate of other in-house guests as they enjoy their holiday at our hotel. If any disturbance occurs, please call the Front Desk for our Manager on Duty at extension 1. Security personnel will handle and deal with offenders. For safety reasons we request that your children do not run throughout the corridors.

Electric Current on Devices

We operate a 220V electric current system. You can activate the power in the room by inserting your key card into its holder which is located at the door entrance. We offer several international power sockets that remain powered even after you leave the room, so you may conveniently charge your devices.

Fireworks

Fireworks are not allowed in the hotel. Our Security guards will retain them and they will be returned upon departure.

Fitness Center & Activities

The Fitness Center is located on the 2nd floor and is open from 07.00am – 09.00pm on a daily basis. Additional activities will be arranged for guests on a daily basis. Please check your in-room TV or with the Spa or Front Desk Associates for activities for the day.

Your candid and constructive feedback will help us to improve the quality of our services. A survey is provided in this compendium folder, and we highly appreciate if you could kindly spend the time to complete it and hand it to the Front Desk at your convenience or leave it on your desk to be picked up by our Housekeeping Associates.

Guests/Visitors

All guests or visitors must be registered on our system. A valid and official identity card is required by the Front Desk and surcharges may apply.

Hair Dryer

A hair dryer is available in your bathroom.

In Room Safe

We have provided you with an in room safe where you can store your valuable items. The hotel does not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage of your belongings. Please remember to retrieve your valuables before check-out

We provide free Wi-Fi throughout the premises.

An iron and ironing board are available in all rooms.

Please return your room key to the Front Desk upon your departure.

Kettle & Coffee Machine

Each room is equipped with a kettle. In the Suite Rooms, we also provide a coffee machine for your use.

Laundry Service

Full Service Laundry is available from 08.00 until 18.00. Laundry deposited before 10:00 will be returned on the same day. Express service is also available.

Loss and Found

All left items will be kept and secured in the Lost & Found Department. We will wait at least three months for guests to claim their lost items and request that guests bear the delivery cost of the return of their lost items. We will not be responsible for any loss and damage of your left belongings.

Lost and Damage

If you cause any damage to your room or any loss of hotel fittings or furnishings from your room, you will be charged for repair or replacement, so please contact a Manager on Duty for a solution prior to your departure.

Mosquitoes

We have a mosquito reduction program 2 times a week on Tuesday and Friday at 6.00AM, but if they persist, please use the electric mosquito repellant that we provide in your room wardrobe.

Pets Policy

No pets are allowed in the hotel premises as some guests may be allergic.

Pool Towel

Pool towels are available at the pool side.

Safe Deposit Box

We also provide Safe Deposit Boxes at the front desk area for your convenience. Please speak with a Front Desk Associate for further assistance. The hotel will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage of your belongings.

Security

We have security personnel on duty round the clock. Please contact the Front Desk at extension 1 for further assistance. Please inform the Front Desk or Security if you notice any strange or annoying behavior around the hotel.

Smoking

All rooms are designated non – smoking, in order to provide fresh rooms for all of our guests. Smoking is allowed at the outdoor dining area at the Yonne Cafe & Bar.

Swimming Pool

Opening hours are from 07.00 – 21.00. We perform daily water treatment after 21.00 and guests are not recommended to use the facility during that time. Life guards or pool attendants are not available, but our Associates will do regular (hourly) checks.

Tap Water

Bali is at risk of water shortage. To conserve our environment and resources, we kindly ask for your contribution in making sure your tap is properly shut when it is not in use.

Tattoo

Temporary tattoos carry some risks, including infection and allergies. Stains from tattoos cannot be removed when they penetrate our sheets, towel or other linens. If this happens, we will, regretfully, have to charge the guest for the damage caused.

Toy Guns and Lasers

Toy guns & lasers are strictly not allowed to be brought into the hotel area. Security will act firmly if the guest breaks this regulation.

Monkey Forest

It is a sacred sanctuary, located on the southern end of Jalan Monkey Forest. There is an ancient temple with approximately 340 monkeys inhabiting its grounds.

Almost any kind of Bali’s souvenirs can be found in Sukawati Art Market either painting, woodcarving, clothes, Hindu’s temple accessories, leather puppet, wind chime, jewelries and many other art works.

Villages to visit

Penestanan Village

It is well known as a village of painters and artists. Visit the homes and studios and see talented artists at work. While cycling you will see some of the most beautiful rice paddies in Bali.

Kelusa Village

Explore by bicycle Kelusa village, which is set in the rice paddies far away from any sound of traffic. Here you can see the daily activities of the villagers specializing in making small handicrafts such as wooden flowers. Around 07.00 is the best time for cycling, and we suggest to allow yourself at least two hours to complete this journey.

Tegallalang Village

Peddle along toward Keliki Village and you may see a duck attendant herding his flock of ducks in the rice field, and along the way, see the hundreds of cottage industries, which specialize in small wooden handicrafts. We suggest you start at 07.00 or if you prefer, earlier is even better, for the serenity and cool weather that dawn offers.

Celuk Village

Celuk Village is formerly known as a traditional Balinese village located in the entrance gate of Gianyar Regency and has changed into a tourist attraction with its trademark in the form of gold and silver. The village located in Sukawati District, Gianyar has the uniqueness and excellence in production of gold and silver handicrafts.

are of a firmer type and 2 pillows that are of softer type.
